Try it out and if for any reason you need to return your order, you have 14 days from receiving it to do so. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

How to Request your Return
Simply send us your request to firstname.lastname@example.org – In the email, include your order number and the fact that you would like to return your order. Once we receive this request, we will send you the return instructions.
How to Prepare your Return
We ask that you securely wrap your item(s) so that they are protected during transit – You may ship it back in a box or sleeve of heavy duty plastic and be sure to tape all openings. NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse any return that arrives to us with damage.
When to Expect your Refund
We will inspect and approve your return within 24- 48 hours of receiving it and your refund will be issued at that time. Please expect to see the refund on your bank statement within 3-5 days of when we issue it, depending on your bank. All refunds are issued against the original form of payment, no exceptions.
We know mistakes sometimes happen. If an incorrect item was shipped to you, we will gladly issue a full refund and send a pre-paid UPS or FEDEX shipping return shipping label to you at no additional cost.
If for any reason your order was received defective or damaged in any way during transit, please let us know immediately and email us at email@example.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Please be advised, for items that may have been damaged or defective during transit, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item. This will help us resolve the issue promptly.
