How long has Rug Shop and More been in business?

 

Our family has been in the area rug and flooring business since 1954. We have provided the finest quality in area rugs and exceptional customer service at the most competitive prices for over 60 years.  Rug Shop and More was born in 2011 and has been providing the nation with an online resource for decorative area rugs at affordable prices with the same expertise.

 

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

 Yes, order confirmations are sent immediately once an order has been placed.

  •  How long will it take to receive my order?

Once we receive your order, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.  We ship via UPS Ground Service and FEDEX Ground Service so transit times will vary depending on your ship to address.  We know you are anxious to receive your order.  We strive for fast and efficient shipping.

  • Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order at anytime before it has shipped.  Simply call or email us and we will process your request. We process orders quickly so we ask that you email us at orders@rugshopandmore.com with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

 

  • How much does shipping cost?

 All orders shipped within the contiguous United States ship FREE. That’s right. All orders within the contiguous United States ships for FREE. There are no minimums.

  • Can I return my order?

 Yes, you may return your item if you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

  • Does every area rug need a rug pad?

 Absolutely.  An area rug pad prolongs the life of an area rug by preventing premature wear and damage and also prevents slipping.
